Elegant DIY
Even though I am a big fan of do-it-yourself projects, I sometimes cringe a little when I see some DIY projects. You know what I'm talking about - the relics of yard sales, flea markets, and thrift stores - the things that you are not entirely sure what they are/do, but you're pretty sure that whoever made it, shopped a clearance sale at Hobby Lobby. Ok... maybe that was mean, but really.. Come On! I am actually a big fan of crafts myself but I am also a fan of products designed well. Despite all the bad, there is also plenty of good too.
Perusing
Mad Blog a came across this super awesome post called "20 Awesome Do It Yourself Projects." I was expecting a post on "how to tye-dye your curtains" or paint you dog, but instead I was pleasantly surprised. Check out these three amazing ideas. I would proudly display any of these in my home.
